We’re looking for a hard-working, confident individual to join our awesome Customer Support Team.

The Customer Support (CS) Agent is responsible for maintaining an effective and professional support for the Cars.co.za team and users.
As an ambassador of Cars.co.za, the CS Agent should take accountability for keeping Cars.co.za’s clients and users satisfied and feeling valued.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Comfortable to speak multiple languages effectively
- Has a good knowledge of cars
- Good at problem solving
- An effective communicator with good e-mail etiquette
- Highly organised and seeks ownership and responsibility
- Able to use a phone system
- Enjoys interacting with people, building relationships and making connections.
What we expect you to have & do:
- Answer all calls & e-mails from users and dealers in a timely manner.
- Efficiently transfer the client to the appropriate employee and answer any queries they may have.
- Take comprehensive and detailed messages when the relevant employee is not available.
- Respond to all e-mails and calls in a professional manner.
- Effectively answer users and dealers' queries and help to problem solve. Site knowledge and a basic understanding of the industry required.
